The Annual General Meeting of the Patients Participation Group will be held at 7.00 pm on Monday 3rd August 2015, at:

All patients of the Malmesbury Primary Care Centre Surgery are welcome to attend. At this meeting we will elect a Chairman, Vice Chair and Secretary. The group will also be reviewing what the Patient Participation Group has achieved, making some plans for the future, and deciding the membership of the Patient Participation Group for the next twelve months.
