The new Crudwell Design Code is available here and forms part of our emerging new Neighbourhood Plan. The code gives specific instruction to developers in terms of many aspects of the and design and construction of new housing or extensions to existing properties in Crudwell.
The code, which has been produced via a Government contract at no cost to Crudwell Parish Council, will help to ensure that any local development respects the local vernacular and is in keeping with the various housing styles, street scenes and rural character of our community.
