Regulation 14 represents a crucial phase in the development of the new draft Crudwell Neighbourhood Plan. This public consultation provides an opportunity for Crudwell residents to share their views on the proposed Plan.
The Plan outlines two proposed housing allocations that have been thoughtfully chosen to ensure that future developments are managed at an appropriate scale, with suitable design and affordability, while aligning with new Government targets. Without a Neighbourhood Plan in place, the community may be exposed to the risk of large-scale developments similar to those seen in neighbouring areas.
The updated Neighbourhood Plan also covers policies related to Local Business, Drainage and Flooding, Highway Safety, and the Primary School.
